Andrew McGarry is originally from Newbridge, Co. Kildare. While working as a plumber, Andrew spent his free time making comedy sketches on his YouTube Channel ‘Adamandyum Films’. His love and passion for comedy lead him to complete The Gaiety School of Acting’s Standup Comedy Course. He has since gone on to become a regular performer on the Dublin comedy scene, not only as a stand up, but also as a skilled improviser. Andrew has studied improvisation extensively with John Dawson and Danny Kehoe. He also performs regularly with his comedy improve troop Tickled by Freaks, as well as The John Dawson Improv Troop. Andrew is currently working as a fire fighter in Kildare and is also in the process of producing his first short film and a pilot script for his sitcom. He has recently focused his attentions on dramatic acting alongside his comedic work.
