Jan 2014 -  Congratulations, to Stephen Colfer cast in the new Dublin Bus Ad. shot this month. Congrats also to Blathnaid Ryan who travelled to Tel-Aviv this month to shoot a series of online Ad's for Vodafone.  To Daryl McCormack, who made it though a few tough rounds for the Star Wars Movie audition.  Daryl was invited recently to London to Nina Gold’s office, and whilst he didn’t land the role in Star Wars, the feed back was fantastic, and they hope to work with him in the future!

Congratulations to Cheryl Rock who was successful in the new Flavahan’s Ad. which will be filmed next week.

Wishing Siomha & Rua Barron, Maria McDonald and Breid Morris great success in Annie in the N.C.H this Christmas.

 

Nov 28th

Bert and Victor O’Brien were cast in the first major Feature Film and began shooting yesterday, when we can, we will tell you what the film is for now it’s under wraps!

  

Nov 27th

Well done to Joanne Brennan who stars in the new Low Low ad. that is shooting in Dublin today. Also to Bert and Victor O'Brien starring in their first big feature film also shooting today, (the location and details currently top secret, but will be revealed to all when we can).  Break a leg to Aron Hegarty, Siobhan Bolton and Jasmin Gleeson who are performing as part of 'The Magic of the Nutcracker' the official launch is at Dublin Castle this afternoon, opened by Minister of State Brian Hayes T.D. and a very special guest!

 

Nov 25th

 Queens of Pimlico - starring Ericka Roe and Directed by the one and only Breid Morris, is opening in the Civic Theatre Tallaght this evening. The play runs from 25th -30th Nov and It's already booked out for tonight and Tuesday. Wishing all involved especially (Breid and Ericka) all the very best, break a leg!! Looking forward to seeing the Play Friday night!

 

 

Nov 15th

Phyllis Carthy & Daria Kalista who were both cast in Kathleen Lynch's new 6 part series.

To Breid Morris cast in the new 'one4all' ad, shooting Monday, and last but not least, to Caitrioná Ní Threasaigh who has also been cast in S'Cup  (Irish language) T.V. series shooting in Belfast.

Castannettenow is very proud to be involved in this years Christmas celebrations with the O.P.W at Dublin Castle 2013.

 

Huge Congratulations to Aron Hegarty. (Mouse King) Siobhan Bolton (Sugar Plum Fairy) and Jasmin Gleeson (Clara - story teller) in the Nut cracker in Dublin Castle for the Christmas season every Saturday and Sunday from Nov 30th- till 22nd Dec.

 

Also Jasmin Gleeson appears in 'Wilde at Heart' Friday 13th 7p.m. in Dublin Castle

 

Entrance is free into the Castle, however, performances and concerts require tickets which are free of charge, but have to be booked in advance. More information available at......

Oct 31st 

Stephen O'Riordan and Declan Reynolds are in Wexford for the next few days for the final shoot of 'Girl at the end of the World'.

 This film began shooting in Sept. in L.A. with Camilla Jackson, the Australian actress (you may know her from'Neighbours'!). She plays the girl at the end of the world and her heart throb leading man, 'Dan' is played by Stephen O'Riordan. 

To help him in his love conquers all quest is his best friend, Shane, who is played by Declan Reynolds.
